This item came from an estate in South Florida.  I don't know anything about aviation parts nor am I qualified to grade the condition so I will describe this the best I can.  I don't know if it is working.  It seems to be in good shape with little of use.  It looks more to have been sitting for a while which I think it was.  Has a small little rust spot that seems to be coming off when I rub it.  The front screw has a little rust. probably from sitting in a garage for years.  I know the guy it belonged to worked on DC-3 or DC-6 airplanes.Pleas email me questions and I will answer them the best I can.  You are buying as is no returns on this item.  If you are looking for vintage aviation parts (pumps, governors, brake pads etc...) keep an eye on my page over the next month.  I will be listing more.
