Mayberry Aviation flying club has a 160 HP Lycoming O-320-H2AD engine recently removed from N5228E - a Cessna 172-N. The engine was beginning to make metal and was removed due to TBO and we have the complete engine log books.. Flying club had extra engine from previous airplane and we swapped out. At time of removal, engine had SMOH 1933 and is a first run core that has never been rebuilt. Engine looks in good shape, accessories are clean. This Engine is ready for your aircraft rebuild, projects, LSA, Experimental or Home-built needs. All Accessories seen in pictures includes starter, magnetos, alternator, oil cooler, vacuum pump, and partial baffling. All the items were working when the engine was removed.
We are located in Northwest North Carolina. We will be glad to ship the engine to you or arrange for free local pickup. Please call to make arrangements. Buyer is to determine item to be airworthy and to comply with all applicable FAR’s when installing this on the aircraft. Seller assumes no liability. We do not ship to internationally.
