A regular sent me this message:  "This reminds me of the Forward Prop Spinner Bulkhead nuts on Piper PA-23-250 Aztec. The spinner bulkhead slips over the end of the prop shaft which is threaded. The spinner is also secured with screws on an aft bulkhead. Normally there is a way to safety wire the nuts. Trying to think if they was a lock tab that went over this nut. I did a Internet search and found "PROP DOME NUTS 4EA FOR TWINS W/2 PC SPINNER`PIPER AZTEC/NAVAJO/BEECH". If you check it out you'll see what I mean. Good luck.
