This is a Hartzell aluminum airplane propeller. I don't know much about it so please look at the pictures carefully. Sold as is for parts/ non working as I am assuming it is old and was removed for safety reasons.

It measures approximately:

39-1/2" tall

6" across widest part of blade

4-1/2" across bottom

Also can be picked up in or near zip 19422 (Pa) to avoid expensive shipping
