Lots of interest and questions, so a couple items to add:
I have hangar space available for whatever amount of time you need to get the plane picked up, of course it needs to get paid for as outlined in the auction, but I will help with whatever I can and will keep in inside until arrangements can be made.
Delivery is the responsibility of the buyer, I do know folks who can deliver on the new owners behalf for a reasonable fee. Again, I will help however I can and if it fits in my schedule I may be able to meet - but ultimately it is the new owners responsibility for transport and the plane needs to be paid for as outlined.
My buy it now price is $60k, but due to the amount of bids the buy it now price has gone away (not me, ebay).
No hail damage or any other damage for that matter.
Yes I have all papers for the plane, original POH, registration, all logs, Airworthy cert, checklists, weight and balance, etc. its all there. it will come with tow bar, control lock, engine cover, qRef checklist, other checklists.
Intercom is a 2 place, there is a box under the back seat to make it a 4 place and wires are run - however I don't know what it needs for it to be active, likely something simple but I have never used it.
Both VOR receivers have glideslope on them with no marker beacon. I have not flown the plane IFR, however the previous owner did and got his IFR ticket in the plane. As listed above it has all equipment, just needs pitot static to be legal.
All gauges are accurate and working as they should as is everything else in the plane.
Radio displays are good, I had them replaced a couple years back. I guess this was a common issue on these radios, but they have been addressed.
I have not updated the maps on the GPS, I use Foreflight but I can tell you the GPS works great and is very simple to use. The 2 black things you see on the dash with the lightning bolts are magnets that I use to hold iPad and iPhone for navigation. GPS is hardwired in and 12v outlet works.
Flaps are 40 degree.
