Dipstick from 1956 Cessna 172 with Continental 0-300.  Marked 539779. 8 quarts fill. Has metal tag marked 172.  This was actually on my C-170 when I bought it, but it is really only supposed to go on a nose wheel aircraft, otherwise it will read incorrectly. Clean unit, looks like original paint.  there are no tags on this item so use at your own risk, or use it on an airboat.
