Starter is in good condition, was tested and repaired June 5, 2014, certificate is included.
Removed from a Piper Cherokee Lycoming O-320 because I live in Northern Canada and so this starter was slow and struggled to start in the cold of winter. I was told this is normal for these starters so I upgraded to a High-torque starter.
