1. Fits Cherokee 140s prior to 1971.

2. Has the woven scrim backing with the latex coating on it. Does NOT have the black foam that deteriorates and holds water.

3. Comes with the statement of compliance with FAA specifications for your records.

4. GREY in color

5. Bound with a nylon net mesh binding on the same edges as original.

6. Has extra binding on the rear floor carpet that covers the battery compartment.
