RETURNED GOODS POLICY Ameritech Industries, Inc., doing business as American Propeller Service and Eagle Engines will accept returned goods under the following conditions: 1. The part was originally purchased from Ameritech Industries, Inc. and returned in good condition. 2. Customer has contacted Ameritech Industries, Inc. explaining the reason for the return. The customer should have a copy of the invoice available as reference Ameritech Industries, Inc. will issue a Returned Goods Authorization (“RGA”) number. This number must be referenced when the product is returned. 3. All returned goods must be sent prepaid-shipping expense is the responsibility of the customer. 4. All returned goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee dependent upon reason of the return. 5. Ameritech Industries, Inc. is not the warrantor of the various manufacturer’s products it represents, but administers warranties for the manufacturers according to their policies. If warranty is denied for any reason by the manufacturer, the purchaser agrees to pay total cost of all replacement and repairs and any attorney fees and other costs that may be incurred in the collection of services rendered.
SHIPPING POLICY Ameritech Industries, dba American Propeller Service and Eagle Engines, has the following shipping policies: 1. Unless otherwise specified, items will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of order. 2. Standard shipping is within the continental United States and will be UPS Ground. 3. Expedited shipping is available at the buyer’s request and expense. 4. Oversize items will ship CWX Standard Freight. 5. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be determined as per UPS rates. 6. Shipping arrangements to foreign countries will be the responsibility of the buyer. 7. Any import duties, value added taxes, fees or tariffs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Limited Warranty
Overhauls – All propellers and governors that are “Newly Overhauled” by American Propeller Service (APS) will carry a Limited Warranty*, to be free of defects in materials replaced and workmanship for ONE THOUSAND (1000) HOURS or 12 MONTHS. The sole obligation of APS herein is to replace, at its option, any item(s) found to be defective. Any defective item in question must be returned with transportation charges prepaid to APS. In no event shall APS be liable for incidental and/or consequential damages including loss of income or profits, loss of time, lost sales or economic loss. This Limited Warranty does not include crankshaft leakage, damage due to object strike, excessive blade wear due to aircraft operation, sludge, or de-icer heater damage. Propeller/governor must have been maintained in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations in order for this warranty to remain valid. This warranty does not include removal and re-installation of the propeller or governor. This warranty is transferable, only if the original Work Order and Serviceable Parts Tag (yellow tag or 8130) are transferred with the propeller or governor. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Agricultural, Aerobatic & Experimental – All propellers and governors Newly Overhauled, Resealed or Repaired will carry a 500 HOUR or 12 MONTH Limited Warranty*, except if the Original Equipment Manufacturer’s recommendation is less, that specific recommendationwill apply.
