This is a new generation of KOOL propellers. More optimized blade shape + new special airfoils = highest possible efficiency (higher thrust, cruise and max speed, better climbing, shorter takeoff etc.) + less noise and vibration. I use both types of propellers (straight and scimitar) for the aircrafts I build and fly, and I see the improvements. The same as my customers who upgraded their aircrafts with new propellers.

KOOL blade prototypes has been created using modern theory of wing sections and 3D computerized design + wing tunnel and flight tests. Blades are manufactured using an internal pressure, closed mold system. Aerospace grade epoxy, carbon fiber and fiberglass are cured at an elevated temperature to give the optimum strength at the minimum weight. Gelcoat black finish. White tips. Solid riveted stainless steel leading edge makes KOOL preferable for Amphibian and Float planes as well as STOL and Bush planes flying from unprepared runways - ideal protection against water splashes, tall grass, dirt, tiny rocks etc. CNC machined anodized aviation grade aluminum hub (Rotax 582-912 standard shape). Easy adjustable pitch. The prop included: 3 blades, hub, soft blade covers, pitch protractor, hardware and instruction.

A spare blade can be ordered already balanced in case of the blade damage, just send me the serial number from the blade root. Air Trikes Enterprises sell KOOLprops in North America from 2006.
