In perfect condition when removed in 1992 and surface crack on one during shipping. Removed from famed race pilot Marion P. Jayne's aircraft to add tip tanks to race in pilot-skilled speed around the world events. Used 1970-1992. On aircraft in 1st place finish Columbus, Ohio to Managua, Nicaragua air race ... and many others. off of PA-39 but will work on many other Twin Comanches.
Pair of 1970 original fiberglass Twin Comanche wing tips. Removed in 1992 for installation of tip tanks. Crack on lower tip is surface. Piper Part # 20447-08 & 20447-07. Removed from PA-39-10 when owned by famed cross country Hall of Fame race pilot Marion P. Jayne in preparation for the 1992 Around the World Air Race. Located in 76262. Purchaser pays shipping.
