avionics sold here have been removed from working aircraft that have
come into our shop for upgrade installations - they are not salvage
items. As they are yellow-tagged we are able to supply you with an
8130-3 form (necessary for installation anywhere outside of the USA).
-Payment information must match the address associated with the credit card.
