McCulloch drone engine, 72 hp, converted for use on "Experimental" aircraft. This engine came from a friend who has now passed on. It has not been run since he overhauled it. I pulled one cylinder off to have a look inside.
You can see that it has fresh grease on the rod needle-bearings and the cylinder is clean and fresh. I repainted the case since it had faded over the years. I now have the engine crated and ready to ship.
I have included in the photos several aircraft I have used these engines on over the years. For power-to-weight, they are hard to beat. 100 cubic inches of raw, 2-stroke energy. Comes with propeller hub, magneto, fuel pump and carburetor.
