Aircraft Part 491-098 Union 1" JIC Flair Fitting

This item was purchased from an aviation surplus sale. We do not know the history of it. It is in good cosmetic condition. It is tagged, "AR, PA-31T-138, C-GNWD". It measures about 3" long with 1" JIC threads on both ends. We are not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
