This item was purchased from an aviation surplus sale. We do not know the history of it. It is in good cosmetic condition. It is tagged, "AR, PA-31T-256, C-GVKA". It measures about 5 3/4" in overall length. We are not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
