Aircraft Part Piper 40891-000 Bracket Assembly

This item was purchased from an aviation surplus sale. We do not know the history of it. It is in good cosmetic condition. It is marked, "AR, PA-31T-215, N411DL". It measures about 6 1/2" x 4 1/4" x 3 3/8" tall. We are not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
