“This Aircraft was Maintained by One A&P with IA for the Last 15 Years

This Bird and One Other were his only Business. I used this as an Air Ambulance and Wanted Everything to be as Near Perfect as Possible

No Maintenance Expense was Every Spared

Since this is a 135 operation, I'm including most of the FBO tools such as weight scales used to weigh the airplane for it's 3 year W&B. Includes a mule, jacks, engine hoist, spare alternators, starters, repair manuals, gaskets etc. Those items take up a 10x20 storage bin so I'm not listing everything.

The airplane is in annual until this November. I've been starting it routinely to be sure the engines maintain their prime. No damage since I've owned it, not sure about before, but I don't think anything significant.

She's been a very reliable bird and would not hesitate to take my family on a trip with her.

Located in PQI in a heated hangar. She has always been in a heated hangar since I've owned her.”

Seller's Note: The seller has no way of providing an annual. Unfortunately the mechanic they had was the only one available in our area, and they had to let him go after we lost our hospital contract to LifeFlight.
