Continental IO-470-L 260 HP Complete Engine Core W/ Accessories Beech Baron

Up for sale we have this Continental IO-470-L S/N C591863-5-1 260 HP at 2650 RPM Complete Engine. Comes with everything pictured including complete logbooks. Has 1064 SMOH on engine. I dont have much info on this engine and dont think it was overhauled since the mid 70's thats what the logbook says. Since I dont know to much about it and the wear on the case im selling this as-is for parts, repair, or core.

Removed from a 1961 Beech 95-55 Baron that had a gear up landing resulting in both engines being prop struck. I have dialed the engine crank flange and the runout was dialed at .001 well within limits. Other than the prop strike there is no other damage or problems with this engine that I am aware of.
