03/08/2022 Flight Support & Logistics LLC 

Lycoming IO-320-B1A Serial:L-1182.55 ETTSN: 5010.1 ESMOH:998.3 Left Engine 100 hour Inspection Preformed engine ground runup. noted all temps and parameters, all temps and parameters found to be in proscribe range. Washed engine with solvents, exam for loose bolts and accessories. None found on this inspection. Removed upper sparkplugs and performed  Compression test. 1/74, 2/76, 3/74, 4/76 psi. removed lower sparkplugs, cleaned gapped and reinstalled on the engine, drain oil and removed oil filter, inspected filter for meta particles, none round. installed new c48110 oil filter. Replenish engine with & ats or Victor WI00 oil. We certified that this engine has been inspected as per AW Piper PA 30 and Lycoming guide & 14 CFR. part 43 appendix D and its determinate to be in airworthy condition at this time for this 100 hour inspection. Engine is approved for return to service. ADs compliance up to date as of 03/08/2022
