Removed from a 1964 Piper PA30 Twin Comanche that was parted out.
Engine sustained right gear collapse.

06/08/2023 HOBBS: 983.1 TRANSIERRA TECHNOLOGY 1. Performed pitot/static/transponder/encoder system test to find it meets all FARs 91.411, FARs 91.413CFR appendixes E and F. Aircraft certified to 20,000Ft, Aircraft system meets all FAA requirements. Results on file CRS DD3R445L. Aircraft Tested with Laversab 6250 Rev A SN:86280 and IF 6000 SN: 104001361. 2. Removed copilot altimeter and placed in pilot position, tested altimeter lAW 91.411. 3. Calibrated Standby G5 SN: 4JQ009899 Air data IAW Garmin G5 Electronic Flight Instrument Part 23 AML STC Maintenance Manual Rev 10. 4. Troubleshot avionics bus to loose screw at avionics bus tie point, tightened screw as necessary. ops check good. With respect to the work performed, this airframe is approved for return to service. Details of work performed are on file with Transierra Technology under work order: 16260.
03/08/2022 Hobbs:337.1 Flight Support & Logistics, LLC. Lycoming IO-320-B1A Serial:L-1190-55 ETTSN: 5010.1 ESMOH: 998.3 Right Engine 100 hour Inspection. Performed engine ground runup. noted all temps and parameters, all temps and parameters found to be in proscribe range. Washed engine with solvents, exam for loose bolts and accessories. Found exhaust flange separation on cylinder #3, removed exhaust and welded flange with TIG welder. Removed and replaced defective right magneto with OH unit PN#10-51360-37 SN# A83162.timed mag as per engine spec. Removed upper spark plugs and performed compression test. 1/76, 2/74, 3/74, 4/74 psi, removed lower spark plugs, cleaned gapped and reinstalled on the engine, drain oil and removed oil filter, inspected filter for metal particles, none found. Installed new CH 48110 oil filter. Replenish engine with 8 qt Victory W100 oil. We certified that this engine has been inspected as per IAW Piper PA 30 and Lycoming guide & 14 CFR, part 43,appendix D and its determined to be in airworthy condition at this time for this 100 hour inspection. Engine is approved for return to service. ADs compliance up to date as of 3/08/2022.
