This is a certified O-320-E2D freshly overhauled according to SB240W, above and beyond the required parts were the oil pressure regulator is new & adjustable, new camshaft, and cylinders are brand new Superior.  This is a "certified" build, and will include a log, AD report, and all the yellow tags.  Pictures are file photos.

Engine is sold as pictured in what I would consider "long block".  No carb, mags, or accessories.  Engine is built as factory type certificate to 150hp.  Crankshaft is PID, so no repetitive inspections, and is applicable to go 160hp in the future.

I would sell outright for 47k.  Price above is exchange with acceptable core (meaning crank, cases, cam and rods must pass inspection or you will be liable for charges on those parts).  Contact for more details.  These cores have became incredibly hard to find, the last several overhauls have sold before I'd even listed.
