This is most of a Sensenich wood aircraft propeller.  It is used, showing cut/broken tips, splits, frosted varnish, partial decals.  It is marked on both the blade and hub:  Model 70 AF 56, SER 84879, HP 80, RPM 2500.  A conversation with a company rep and a guided tour through the company records places this as being made about 1942, for use on a Franklin motor used in a Culver LFA.  It might be decorative as is, or could be restored/made to a more useful item.  Not sure if it would serve as a pattern for re-making a prop in a restoration.
