You're considering a used ARC RT-328A, complete with tray and connectors. It was working fine when removed from my Cessna 150G back in 2016. Because it hasn't been tested since then, I can't guarantee anything today. I can say that it's been stored in my garage, and that all of the knobs seem to turn properly. Chances are it's still fully operational, but at the very least, it's a good core.
