1. Performed 100 Hour Inspection using Champion Service Manual inspection checklist, Lycoming Overhaul Manual and FAR 43 Appendix D.
2. Performed Hot Compression check: #1 - 70, #2 - 64 (E/R), #3 - 74, #4 - 80.
3. Removed cleaned, inspected, gapped and tested 8x sparkplugs. Reinstalled in a rotated position with anti-seize torqued 35ft-lb, S/N 2313010973
4. Verified Magneto timing, 25 BC per engine data plate.
5. Borescoped cylinders. Light oil pooling in cylinders 2&4. No other abnormalities noted.
6. Conducted borescope inspection of exhaust system. No abnormalities noted.
7. Oil change and sample not performed at this time. Oil Change due @ 97.1 Tach.
8. Removed, cleaned, inspected, and reinstalled primer nozzles.
9. Removed and Replaced Engine Air filter PN: BA-11.
10. AD 2024-21-02 Connecting Rod N/A due to engine overhaul date 01 JAN2009.
11. C/WAD 80-21-06 per visual inspection. Next Due 178 Tach or SEP 2026.
12. Performed post maintenance ground run, all systems appear to be within limits and no leaks noted.
I certify that at the time and date of signing this log entry, the above noted ENGINE has been inspected in accordance with an 100hr inspection. maintenance actions stated above were performed IAW applicable manuals, AD's checked via Veryon Tech Pub thru this date and was determined to be in an AIRWORTHY condition. Removed motor from airframe due to prop strike. Removed accessories from accessory case, removed case, and crankshaft gear IAW AD 2004-10-04 and Lycoming MSB 475C. Shipped gear to Aircraft Specialties Services, see 8130#291577 dated 17APR2025. Reinstalled crank gear P/N: 61155, 1x new lockplate P/N: 61156, 1x Bolt P/N: STD-847, torqued 17 ft lb, TQ Wrench S/N: 49325. Reinstalled accessory case with new gasket P/N 73818, Vac pump housing gaskets 2X 12681. reinstalled engine to airframe using new 8X 08-07392 motor mounts, 2x new cotter pin on top mounts. Timed magnetos to 25BTC and torqued stripe. Connected associated fuel/oil lines and connections. Reinstalled exhaust system using new 4x SL77611 gaskets. Serviced motor with 6x quarts of Phillips 100AW and installed new oil filter AA48108. Performed engine ground run, all systems appear to be operating normally. C/WAD2004-10-04 next due @ prop strike. I certify that at the time and date of signing this log entry, the above noted ENGINE maintenance actions were performed IAW applicable manuals, and is hereby approved for return to service. Details of work performed are on file with Airborne Aviation LL under work order: WO_132.

1. Performed 100 Hour Inspection using Champion Service Manual inspection checklist, Lycoming Overhaul Manual and FAR 43 Appendix D.
2. Drained gascolator, removed safety wire. Removed fuel bowl. Removed filter element. Cleaned and inspected filter element. No debris found. Installed filter and fuel bowl. Safetied fuel bowl.
3. Performed cold compression test. #1-72, #2-52 E/R, #3-72, #4-78. Staked #2 exhaust valve and obtained a differential compression reading of 66.
4. Removed 8x spark plugs. Cleaned and inspected. All inspected good, gapped to .019" and installed with copper anti-seize. Torqued to 35ft-lbs with TQ SN: 2313010973.
5. Performed magneto timing verification. Confirmed timing set to 25 BTC per engine data plate, orange torque stripe applied.
6. #1, 2, 3 and 4 cylinder and valves borescoped. Normal wear and tear noted. The #4 cylinder had a small amount of oil on the cylinder side.
7. Borescoped the muffler and exhaust pipes for any cracks or discoloration. No cracks or discoloration were found.
8. Drained oil system and collected sample for blackstone labs, will provide owner with sample results.
9. Drained oil system. Removed oil filter cooler. Removed safety wire from oil filter. Removed oil filter, cut open and inspected media, no abnormalities noted. Installed new AA48108 oil filter, safetied.
Re-installed oil filter cooler. Serviced oil system with 6 qts Phillips 66 20W50 AW.
10. Removed cleaned and inspected primer nozzles, reinstalled to engine.
11. Installed new BA-11 engine air filter.
12. Carburetor replacement required due to incorrect carb installed. Removed throttle, mixture, and carb heat linkage hardware, removed linkages, removed fuel elbow, removed 2x safety wire from airbox mounting hardware. Removed airbox mounting hardware, gasket, and airbox. Removed 4x carb mounting hardware and gasket. Removed carb PN: AV10-5050, SN: AV197461 and replaced carburetor with PN: 10-3103-1 SN: MS1F7W05. Replaced gaskets, installed carb mounting hardware, safetied carb mounting hardware, installed airbox and hardware, installed fuel elbow, installed throt-tle, mixture, and carb heat linkage hardware, replaced cotter pins, adjusted linkage.
13. Removed propeller spinner mounting hardware, propeller, flywheel hardware safeties, flywheel hard-ware, and flywheel. Found inadequate amount of sealant around gasket. Removed gasket, cleaned, applied Dowsil 737 neutral cure sealant, reinstalled gasket. Reinstalled flywheel, spacer, hardware, TQ to 25 ft Ibs. Safetied hardware. Reinstalled McCauley propeller, spinner, hardware, TQ to 30 ft Ibs using TQ SN: 2313010973.
14. Performed post maintenance ground operational checks. Rigged carburetor idle ~720rpm, max static power - 2350г (2225-2425RPM), ICO ~50 pm. Mag check ~50/60pm, carb heat -30pm. Oil pressure, oil temp, ALT charging all within acceptable limits.
